    A cute escape by the lake

    We enjoyed spacious rooms with a amazing lake view and an abundant breakfast spread that catered to various tastes. The staff were really nice, accommodating our requests for early check-in and dietary preferences. Eric and Snow were particularly helpful at the front desk, our experience was smooth.

    The vegetarian dining options left much to be desired. Each day, we had to inquire about what was suitable for my vegetarian diet. The food labeling could use some improvement to ease guests' concerns.

    The lake view from my room was breathtaking! Room was massive, clean, and had all amenities. The breakfast was HUGE with loads of options. I felt a bit misled about the room view initially. 😅

    the hotel was clean, exceptional, had extremely well trained staff from check-in process to check-out. got the same double room booked online with a kitchen, a superb bathroom, comfy beds. everything was simply fine.

    Family with children Friendly

    We stayed in the Club Beautiful King Room with a lake view for 3 nights, the view was nice and the space was unreal! The kids loved the pool and I enjoyed the foot massage at the spa, left me refreshed.

    It wasn't inexpensive, but worth every penny for the experience.

    Special hotel, I truly enjoyed its favourable and beautiful location.

    Highly recommended for shopping. The hotel was located really close to the shopping centre and a supermarket and restaurants. The pleasant and exceptional staff on shift provided all the necessary info. The rooms were spotless and mine was new-fashioned with bar and an amazing view and a superb bathroom. The breakfast with expansive, asian options and also Banana was savoury and fantastic, you'll find what you need.

    Really good staff and fine lake views

    The staff was accommodating, allowing us an early check-in after our long travel. We appreciated the complimentary fruit basket and the beautiful ambience at the spa. The vegetarian dining options could use more variety and clearer labeling.
